The Premise

Every few centuries a technology arrives that re-writes what it means to be human. The printing press. Electricity. The internet. We are living inside the next one. The question is not whether AI will reshape us, but who we choose to become while it does.

The Dream.

The roadmap for Endless: concrete, communal, and built so others can carry the mission further than one organization can.

The Author

Matt Dalio

I've spent fifteen years building technology for the people the internet forgot. First through a laptop you could afford on five dollars a month. Then through an operating system that worked without the internet. Now through a game studio where teenagers are apprenticing into the careers that will define the next century.

This book is the long-form argument behind the work. It is the why - the case that the next ten years will decide what kind of species we become, and that the most important lever we have is the next generation. The work itself happens at Endless. If the book convinces you of anything, that's where it's being built.

Built in Public

This is a draft. Help me sharpen it.

This is a manuscript in progress, not a finished book. I'm publishing it early, chapter by chapter, in public, because the argument gets better when real readers push on it. If something rings true, if something rings false, or if I've missed something you can't unsee, I want to hear it.
